Research on the use of early stage's nursing interventions to the stroke's patients and the influences on their physical functions and abilities for daily activities

Objective To evaluate the influence of early stage's nursing interventions to the stroke's patients on their exercise functions and abilities for daily activities.Methods Randomly picked up 120 patients who were treated in the Internal Neurology section in our hospital and divided them into two groups,i.e.observatory group and comparison group,each one had 60 patients.Those patients in the observatory group were provided early-staged comprehensive recovery nursing and psychological guidance in additional to their regular treatments and nursing in the internal neurology section.After 3 months,we observed and compared the changes in their limb movements and daily self-care abilities before and after the treatment.Results After treatments,for those patients in the observatory group,their Fugl-Meyer exercise's amount and the evaluation had improved obviously,all above the comparison group's average(P0.05).Conclusions Nursing interventions in their early stages can apparently improve stroke patients' physical function and daily life activities,and avoid or limit the occurrence of complication
