微载体技术能够高效大量地增殖细胞,对于在发酵罐中获得高产量的贴壁细胞具有良好的应崩前景.无咀清培养克服了含血清培养存在潜存污染源及不利于下游分离纯化等缺点.在生物制品生产中已得到广泛应用.本文就无血清微载体细胞培养需添加的组分,使用的微载体和生物反应器的种类,细胞新陈代谢的情况及应用前景作一综述.
