摘要
Low molecular weight organic acids play an important role in nutrient cycling and plant growth and the root of lei bamboo(Phyllostachys praecox C.D.Chu et C.S.Chao) is well-developed,so it is necessary to investigate the species and content of soil organic acids. In this study, soil samples from Lei bamboos with different planting years from Taihuyuan town,Lin'an,Zhejiang Province, were collected to investigate the low molecular weight organic acids in preliminary qualitative and quantitative by HPLC.Results showed that the soils mainly contain maleic and succinic acid, and fumaric acid.Generally, the soil organic acids content increased with increasing bamboo plantation time.
