Abstract
目的了解护理本科生内心所期待的临床教师带教行为以及对教师实际带教行为的评价,并探讨两者产生差距的原因。方法采用护生对临床教师带教行为的期待问卷和临床教师实际带教行为评价问卷对某医科大学150名临床实习3个月后的护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生对临床教师的期待和实际带教行为比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论找到护理本科生对带教教师的期待与教师实际带教行为间存在的差异,可以指导临床教师提高自身带教能力,采取恰当的临床带教方法,有针对性地满足护生在实习中的需求,提高临床带教质量。
