红缘拟层孔菌发酵条件优化及菌丝化学成分定性分析

Abstract
采用摇床培养的方法研究了红缘拟层孔菌菌丝生长的最佳碳源、氮源和pH值,并定性分析了菌丝体主要化学成分.结果表明:在测试条件下,最佳碳源为乳糖,最佳氮源为豆饼粉,最适pH为7.0.菌丝体中含有有机酸、还原糖、多糖、甾体及三萜类化合物、香豆素、挥发油等多种化学成分.本研究为红缘拟层孔菌的进一步开发利用奠定了基础.
