The Dynamic CT Findings of Adrenal Lymphoma

Objective To explore the dynamic CT findings of adrenal lymphoma and to evaluate its clinical value.Materials and Methods8 cases with adrenal non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma confirmed by surgical pathology received spiral CT plain scanning and multi-phases dynamic enhancement scanning before operation,the CT data was reviewed retrospectively in comparison with surgical and pathological results.In 2 cases,additional MR examination were performed.Resu-ltsThere were 11 lesions in 8 cases,including 3 bilateral lesions,5 unilateral lesions,diameter of lesions was 4.1 cm~10.7 cm,with a mean diameter of 6.3 cm.The tumor presented with homogeneous density characterization in dynamic delayed contrasted-enhanced and the plain scans,the CT value was 24.1 HU~35.2 HU(with a mean value of 25.5 HU),28.3 HU ~44.7 HU(with a mean value of 31.6 HU) and 36.4 HU ~62.6 HU(with a mean value of 48.7 HU) on plain,arterial and portal venous phases respectively.ConclusionAdrenal lymphomas have some CT features in dynamic CT scanning.
