Abstract
目的 研究超声引导下注射消痔灵治疗卵巢囊肿的临床价值.方法 超声引导下将18G PTC穿刺针穿刺卵巢囊肿,抽尽囊液,用甲硝唑或生理盐水反复冲洗至清亮后注入1/2囊液量消痔灵硬化5 min后抽出,再注入1/8囊液量消痔灵保留.3个月复查囊肿的大小.结果 28例患者共34个囊肿均有效(100%),治愈28个囊肿(82.4%);无1例出现严重不良反应和副作用;随访半年无1例复发.结论 超声引导下注射消痔灵是治疗卵巢囊肿安全有效的方法.
