Abstract
建立了蔬菜中多菌灵残留量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。样品以乙睛萃取,分取一定体积后氮吹,用pH值7.0的高纯水溶解,再经Oasis-MCXSPE小柱的净化和浓缩后上机检测。以安捷伦公司生产的EclipseXDB-C18柱(粒径5μm,4.60mm×250mm)进行分析,流动相(V磷酸盐∶V乙睛=76∶24),流速为1.0ml/min,波长282nm。蔬菜样品中多菌灵的平均回收率为93.4%～98.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)≤3.85%,方法检出限为0.01mg/kg。
