Birkhoff’S Theorem In The Einstein–Cartan–Kalb–Ramond Theory Of Gravity

It is shown that an analog of Birkhoff’s theorem of general relativity exists in the Einstein–Cartan–Kalb–Ramond (ECKR) theory of gravity when Kalb–Ramond (KR) field strength, which occurs in the theory is independent of time.
