Abstract
目的 观察高频振荡通气(HFOV)治疗新生儿气胸临床疗效分析.方法 HFOV治疗27例气胸,治疗前及治疗后2h、12h、24h、48h监测动脉血气及呼吸机参数.采用SAS8.1软件分析,数据以(±s)表示,对组内数据进行配对t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义.结果 HFOV治疗后PaO2明显升高,PaCO2明显下降;Paw、FiO2逐步调低,治疗后各时间段与治疗开始时相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 高频振荡通气治疗新生儿气胸疗效较好,已更加广泛的应用于临床.
