Abstract

以8年生盛果红富士苹果(Malus domestica Borkh.cv.Red Fuji)树为试材,通过叶面、果面喷施不同浓度的NaHSO3溶液,观察了红富士苹果采收后在常温下几项贮藏生理指标的变化规律.结果表明,在红富士苹果的生长发育过程中,叶面、果面喷施NaHSO3溶液可保持果实的硬度,降低失水率和病害率,延缓可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C(VC)和可滴定酸相对含量的下降,其中以10 mmol/L NaHSO3溶液处理的综合效果最为显著.
