Abstract
目的 观察复方苦参注射液治疗癌性疼痛的疗效.方法 将136例癌性疼痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,均给予规范的放疗和对症治疗；观察组加复方苦参注射液静脉滴注,疗程20天.结果 治疗后两组疼痛VAS评分、精神状态等评分均较治疗前降1氐(P ＜0.05,P＜0.01),且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).结论 复方苦参注射液能减轻癌性疼痛、提高患者生存质量.
