摘要

Axial and planar blocking patterns in thin Si single crystals have been measured for the products of the reaction Si-28(150 MeV) + Si-28 at theta(L) = 15-degrees and 12-degrees. Reaction times of the order 10(-18)-10(-17) s have been observed for fusion-evaporation and fusion-fission processes.
