Study on the Framework of Soft Open Numerical Control System Based on PC+I/O

Advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of system architecture of PC-based numerical control system were analyzed.The design philosophy of soft architecture of PC+I/O and its advantages were introduced.The solution plans of several key technology were researched,such as real-time Windows operating system,communication at base-level and real-time control.The software and hardware platform design frameworks of soft architecture NC system based on PC+I/O were proposed.
