Abstract
目的 探讨PTK治疗反复性角膜上皮糜烂(persistent corneal epithelial defects,PCED)的方法 和疗效.方法 应用准分子激光治疗性角膜切削术(PTK)治疗反复性角膜上皮糜烂20例.结果 疗效满意,术后随访3～12个月,治愈率100%.结论 PTK治疗反复性角膜上皮糜烂成功率高、安全、痛苦小,值得临床推广应用.
