Abstract
目的:比较单双侧电针对坐骨神经慢性挤压伤(CCI)大鼠脊髓中P物质(SP)基因表达的影响。方法:35只雄性SD大鼠造模后随机分为假模组(J组)、对照组(A组)、患侧电针组(B组)、健侧电针组(C组)、双侧电针组(D组)。各电针组治疗9 d后,观察电针前后痛阈变化;逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)技术法检测脊髓背角中SP基因的表达。结果:B、C、D各电针治疗组之间比较显示:SP基因和β-actin光密度比值D组More
