镍精炼烟尘致NIH/3T3细胞生长抑制作用的实验研究

Abstract
研究镍精炼工人接触镍精炼烟尘的生物学效应。通过MTT染色法观察细胞形态,用四甲基偶氮噻唑蓝(MTT)法检测细胞生长抑制率。结果发现,不同浓度下,作用一定时间细胞生长均受到抑制,且随作用时间增长,受试物浓度增加,细胞抑制作用增加,呈现出时间-反应关系和剂量-反应关系,且细胞在形态学上也出现不同程度的改变。提示镍精炼烟尘能使NIH/3T3细胞凋亡,细胞的生长受到抑制。
