采用大课堂教学、学生自己模拟病人、见习学生标准化病人(SSP)、见习真实病人四个步骤进行普外科教学.通过四个步骤的学习,大部分学生能在较长时间内比较全面地记住所学过的疾病的临床症状和体征.表明采用四步法进行教学可以明显地促进学生对疾病临床症状和体征的理解和记忆.
