Abstract
分别采用浸泡法和喷施法用多效唑(PP333)水溶液对盆栽小苍兰进行处理,测定并比较其生长指标,以确定PP333对小苍兰生长发育的影响。结果表明:(1)小苍兰高度生长在定植后2个月内基本完成,对照组高度生长增量比处理植株大;(2)浓度低时,PP333浸泡时间长有利于其矮化;浓度高时,浸泡时间短有利于植株矮化;用60 mg/L PP333浸泡种球10 h的植株矮化效果最好;(3)用不同浓度的PP333溶液喷施处理,小苍兰的生长量均受到一定程度的抑制,其中以120 mg/L的矮化处理最为明显。
