Purification of complex enzyme in freshwater fish offal with the membrane technology

This study mainly discusses the process of the complex enzyme purification in membrane technology of small scale industrialization,selecting ultrafiltration membrane I for removing impurities and nanofiltration membrane II for concentration through contrast,the enzyme specific activity is 6901.1 U/mL and 58659.4 U/mL respectively,it demonstrate complex enzyme products have a high catalytic activity,the purification factor is 150.7 times and 1280.8 times,and the molecular weight is 22.6 ~36.0 ku.The results show that the purification of the complex enzyme in membrane technology is feasible.
