高效液相色谱法测定冠脉康胶囊葛根素含量

Abstract
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定冠脉康胶囊葛根素含量方法。[方法]采用Eclipse×DB-C18色谱柱,流动相(25:75);流速为1.0 mL/mi;检测波长:250nm;柱温25℃。[结果]葛根素在40.04ng~240.24ng范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=2.649+4.325×105x,r=0.9991,平均加样回收率96.56%,RSD1.1%.检测5批样品葛根素含量,限定冠脉康胶囊中葛根素含量不得低于8.0mg/粒。[结论]高效液相色谱法测定冠脉康胶囊葛根素含量方法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于冠脉康胶囊质量控制。
