Abstract
目的探讨透明质酸对肝癌和肺癌的临床意义.方法选择97例已确诊但尚未进行治疗的原发性肝癌、肺癌患者,采用放射免疫学方法检测.结果原发性肝癌和肺癌患者血清HA水平与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论HA对肝癌和肺癌这两种癌变具有一定的辅助诊断价值及疗效观察和预后判断有重要意义.
