Abstract
目的探讨乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)和乙型肝炎表面抗体(抗-HBs)同时阳性与肝癌的相关性。方法采用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法检测门诊及住院患者标本,收集HBsAg和抗-HBs同时阳性的检测结果,分析其模式。结果 HBsAg和抗-HBs同时阳性患者中肝癌患者所占比例较高(33.33%)。结论肝癌患者中HB-sAg和抗-HBs同时阳性所占比例较高,这是由多种原因引起。
