摘要
Objective To observe signaling molecules protein expression in the renal tissue and changes of a-SMA(a-smooth muscle actin) and Collagen I(type I collagen) by p38MAPK signal transduction pathway, and explore the mechanism of prescription with promoting blood flow, dispersing blood stasis and dredge collateral(Kangxianling prescription) for delaying renal fibrosis. Methods 30 of 40 SD rats were made 5/6 kidney resection model,10 rats was as a normal group.30 rats with 5/6 kidney resection were randomly divided into model group,Kangxianling prescription group Losartan group. The levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen and molecules expression of p38MAPK,a-SMA and Collagen I were measured after intervention of 12 weeks. Results The levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen in Kangxianling prescription group and Losartan group were decreased compared with those in the model group after 12 weeks.Molecules expression of p38MAPK,a-SMA and Collagen I in Kangxianling prescription group and Losartan group were decreased compared with those in the model group(P0.05).The expression of p38 MAPK and Collagen I in Kangxianling prescription group were decreased as compared with those in Losartan group(P0.05).Conclusion Kangxianling prescription can significantly improve renal function of rat with 5/6 kidney resection,by inhibition of p38MAPK signal transduction pathways,to reduce the expression of a-SMA,I collagen, and mitigate the damage of kidney tissue.
