时效处理对17-4PH不锈钢硬化效果分析

Abstract
17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢在1020℃~1060℃固溶水冷,再进行480℃~620℃4 h时效处理的硬化工艺。通过硬度检测和金相组织观察,结果表明:时效处理温度的高低能显著影响其硬化效果;17-4PH不锈钢的硬化效果是Cu等元素的析出和组织结构的变化两种因素共同作用的结果。在480~620℃范围内,随时效温度的升高,马氏体板条结构逐渐减少,组织软化,同时富铜相(ε-Cu)等沉淀相质点析出长大,沉淀强化效果减弱,
