东乡野生稻苗期抗寒性QTL的初步定位

Abstract
以9311/东乡野生稻F2群体为材料,用108对SSR标记构建连锁图谱,以苗期分蘖叶片相对电导率为抗寒性鉴定指标,采用完备区间作图法检测抗寒性QTL。结果在第3号和11号染色体上定位到2个与抗寒性相关的QTL qSCR3和qSCR11,其表型贡献率分别为16.3%和19.2%。
