Content Determination of Bisoprolol Fumarate in Concor by Capillary Electrophoresis

OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of bisoprolol fumarate in concor by capillary electrophoresis(CE). METHODS: The determination was performed on the following conditions: fused-silica capillary; running buffer: 50 mmol·L-1 trisphosphate buffer(pH 3.85); sample injection method(10kV×5s); running voltage: 20kV; column temperature: 25℃; detect wavelength: 273nm. RESULTS: The linear concentration range of bisoprolol fumarate was from 0.025 to 0.250mg·mL-1(r=0.999 4). The average recovery was 98.96%(RSD=0.84%). CONCLUSION: The method is simple, accurate, rapid and reproducible, and suitable for the quality control of preparation.
