Abstract
Objective:To optimize matrix formulation of Geranium wilfordii cataplasm.Method:With adhesive force,shapability and general sensory as comprehensive evaluation index,ratio of NP700,tartaric acid,PVP-K90 and dihydroxy alumimun aminoacetate were chosen as investigated factors,L9(34) orthogonal experiment was used to evaluate properties of cataplasm with different materials ratio.Result:Optimum matrix formulation of cataplasm was NP700-tartaric acid-PVP K90-dihydroxy alumimun aminoacetate 7.5 ∶ 0.4 ∶ 3 ∶ 0.05.Conclusion:This optimized formulation was feasible and stable with better performance.
