Abstract
针对1Cr21Ni5Ti材料的难加工特性以及产品结构特点,在开展了大量工艺试验的基础上,设计了合理可行的高精度数控加工工艺,从提高工艺控制要求、刀具选择、机床与刀具接口选择、优化切削参数和走刀路径等方面分析了如何提高难加工材料内型腔高精度螺纹加工的精度。
