Abstract
目的:研究三氧化二砷磁微球的制备工艺。方法:采用化学共沉淀法制备四氧化三铁磁性粒子,采用超声乳化和溶剂萃取挥发法制备三氧化二砷磁微球,建立二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银光度法检验微球包封率并确定优化工艺。结果:最佳工艺为A3B2C1,即Fe3O4-As2O3(1∶2),聚乳酸体积分数0.6%,PVA体积分数3%。制备的磁微球平均含量26%,包封率60%。结论:试验制备的三氧化二砷磁微球包封率高、毒性小。
