番鸭随机扩增多态性DNA及遗传多样性研究

Abstract
利用随机扩增多态DNA(RAPD)技术分析番鸭的遗传多样性,20个引物共扩增出164条带,分子量约在200 ～2 000 bp之间,番鸭20个个体间遗传距离为0．4572～0．0177,群体内个体间遗传相似度(F)为0．9823～0．5428,遗传多样性指效(Ho)平均为0．1639．结果表明番鸭DNA的同源性高,品种的纯度保持较好．
