Abstract
为了扩大无缝钢管的生产规格,同时达到降本增效的目的,设计开发了Mini-MPM限动芯棒连轧管机261mm孔型。该孔型所用芯棒均为原有废旧芯棒,生产钢管最小壁厚为6mm。生产实践证明,新孔型能实现在线连续生产,所轧钢管在壁厚精度、内外表面质量等方面均能满足合同要求。
