Abstract
为提高光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪的光谱分辨率,设计了应用于光纤相位调制的压电陶瓷驱动电源.驱动电源由低频信号发生部分和高压放大部分组成.利用幅频波特图和开环相频图进行分析,深入讨论了驱动电容值较大的容性负载时的电路稳定性.实验表明使用该电源能实现光纤傅里叶变换光谱仪的高分辨率.
