Practical Research of Performance Appraisal in Function Department of Tertiary Hospital

Based on evaluation and incentives and taking competition as means,appraisal system plays an important role in perfecting internal management mechanism,improving management level of cadres in function departments and promoting persistent development of hospital.The article reported an effective examination and evaluation approach for function departments.It has been implemented in function departments of tertiary hospital,and the enthusiasm of staff in the departments has been mobilized.With this system,the executive power is strengthened,service awareness is enhanced and work efficacy for clinics is improved.Thus high quality of service for patients is provided.
