Abstract

为了建立露酒中非法添加枸橼酸西地那非的一种快速、准确、灵敏高的专属性检测方法,采用反相超高效液相色谱法,以C18柱(2.1mm×100mm,1.7μm),柱温30℃,检测波长293.6nm,流动相为乙腈:水:冰醋酸:三乙胺(35:65:0.8:0.4;V/V),流速0.15ml/min的条件进行实验.结果枸橼酸西地那非在0.05～50μg/ml范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998,平均回收率为98.93%,RSD=1.86% .建立的方法准确、可靠,可以用于露酒中枸橼酸西地那非的含量检测.
