目的:评价我院麻醉药品的用药情况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供依据.方法:利用我院计算机系统采集2008～2010年麻醉药品的使用数据,采用用药频度分析法对11种麻醉药品进行统计分析.结果:麻醉药品用药金额逐年递增,使用品种趋于多元化.枸橼酸芬太尼注射液的用药频度第一,主要用于手术镇痛;用于癌症止痛以硫酸吗啡缓控释片第一.结论:我院麻醉药品的应用基本合理,符合规定.
