摘要
Statement of the Problem: To use the culture of the mouse embryonic palatal mesenchymal (MEPM) cells and embryonic palatal shelves are still important for research the pathogenes of oral cleft. The embryonic palatal shelves had dissected may be admixed by brain tissue according the previous method. The embryonic palatal shelves were composed of the mouse embryonic epithelial (MEE) cells and MEPM cells. The MEE cells were separated with difficulty from MEPM cells in the culture system and the experimental result would be interfered with because the existence of MEE cells. For correcting these disadvantages, the operation of dissecting embryonic palatal shelves was modified and the MEPM cells in primary culture was purified.
