Abstract
In order to meet the requirements of the new discharge standard of Urban Sewage Treatment Plant inTaihu Lake Area into effect,the reasons and existing promblems of the municipal sewage treatment plant running status which could not meet A standard were analyzed.The effectivenes and results of the application of upgrading and reconstructing project were also elaborated based on the problems of TN and TP emission standards.
