Abstract
利用植物源农药不易使害虫产生抗药性的优点,测定了有毒植物鸦胆子叶、枝条、种子提取物对烟蚜的生物活性.结果表明,3个部位的甲醇提取物对烟蚜均有较高的触杀活性,其中鸦胆子种子提取物的活性最高,处理48 h后的校正死亡率为98.79 %;在胃毒及选择性忌避活性测定中,鸦胆子叶提取物对烟蚜的胃毒活性最大,处理48 h后的校正死亡率达87.11 %,处理24 h后的选择性忌避率为85.94 %.
