Abstract
横向移箱机构作为高速水稻插秧机送秧关键机构,对水稻插秧机整体工作性能起着至关重要的作用。利用Pro/E对横向移箱机构各部件进行三维建模并装配,然后通过ADAMS进行虚拟仿真,可以真实地反映滑块和螺旋轴的运动和受力情况,为更进一步地研究提供依据。滑块作为横向移箱机构核心传动部件,对其进行相应优化设计,可以显著改善横向移箱机构运动平稳性,减轻移箱过程中滑块和螺旋轴间的接触力,提高其使用寿命。
