Abstract
以乙醇提取,用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法对黔产大唇香科科(Teucrium labiosum C.Y.Wu et S.Chow)乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分进行了分离,根据理化常数和光谱数据对分离到的6种化合物进行了结构鉴定.经鉴定这6种化合物分别为:正二十八烷(1)、正十六烷酸(2)、正二十二烷酸(3)、达玛烷-20,24-二烯-3β-醇(4)、1,3-二氧杂环戊酮(5)和正十六烷酸单甘油脂(6).化合物1—6为首次从该种植物中分离得到,化合物3—5为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
