Abstract
目的:探讨检测孕妇血浆中胎儿DNA的稳定、灵敏、可靠的方法.方法:应用套式PCR和常规PCR技术,用SRY基因序列作为研究孕妇血浆中胎儿DNA的基因标志.套式PCR检测结果与常规PCR检测结果进行比较分析.结果:套式PCR检测结果优于常规PCR.最早检测出孕妇血浆中胎儿DNA的时间是7-1周.整个孕期均能检测到胎儿游离DNA.检测敏感度为1 μg(100 000个细胞)女性DNA背景中检测到1个男性DNA.结论:套式PCR技术是检测孕妇血浆中胎儿DNA的稳定、灵敏、可靠的方法.
