Abstract
细胞自噬是细胞自我更新和维持内环境稳态的重要生理过程,在肿瘤的发生发展及治疗中均发挥“双重性”作用.自噬通过保持基因组的稳定性抑制肿瘤的发生,同时又是肿瘤细胞存活的保护性机制.自噬提高抗肿瘤治疗有效性的同时又与肿瘤耐药、放射抵抗有关.在不同情况下应用自噬调控药物有望提高肿瘤细胞的治疗敏感性.
