为了提高车辆的被动安全性,需提高车辆前端结构的防撞能力,城轨车辆需满足2列空载列车相对速度25km/h的碰撞要求。主要阐述如何合理配置车辆钩缓装置中的前3级吸能结构能量,并通过ISIGHT软件,优化第4级吸能结构,即头车前端底架的碰撞吸能区,使车辆4级吸能结构能够合理有序变形,吸收更多能量。
