浅谈心电监护仪在手足口病并脑炎治疗中的作用

Abstract
目的:评价心电监护仪在手足口病并发脑炎治疗中的作用.方法:对329例手足口病并脑炎治疗过程中,在应用甲泼尼龙、人血免疫球蛋白、甘露醇等综合治疗的基础上,应用心电监护仪监测心率、脉搏氧、血压等重要生命体征,并根据监测结果及时给予强心、吸氧、降血压等对症治疗.结果:329例病例全部治愈,无一例死亡.结论:在应用甲泼尼龙、人血免疫球蛋白、甘露醇等综合治疗的基础上,应用心电监护仪监测手足口病并脑炎病情并及时处理,可以明显提高手足口病并发脑炎治愈率,降低致残率.
