Abstract
目的:探讨不同磁场对大鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响.方法:用邻苯三酚法测定SOD活力,TBA法测定MDA.结果:在30mT磁场中曝磁30分钟,大鼠肝组织中SOD活力显著高于对照组(P<0.01),大鼠肝组织MDA含量显著低于对照组(P<0.01).结论:30mT旋磁场对大鼠肝脏组织SOD活力、MDA含量有一定影响.
