Abstract
Emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) of acute myocardial infarction is effective and timely opening of the infarct-related artery and improve the prognosis of patients.However,no-reflow operation will be significantly affected by the occurrence of PCI effects and clinical outcome.In this paper,we discuss the no-flow mechanism and its control strategies.
