The discussion of the high quality care in the emergency

Objective To put the idea of high quality care service into the emergency room care,standardize clinical care,improving the care service,improving the quality of care,protecting the safety of health care,making efforts to provide patients with safety,quality,satisfaction care service,and promote nurse-patient relationship more harmonious.Methods The 240 cases of emergency patients were divided into two groups randomly.The controlled group of 110 cases were with conventional care model.The observation group of 130 cases were giving comprehensive assessment.According to the high quality idea and the standard service procedures,compare the satisfaction of nursing service and the occurrences of nursing error and complaints.Results For the satisfaction of patient to the nursing service,the observation group were better than the controlled group,there were statistically significant differences between them.For the occurrences of nursing error and complaints,the observation group were better than the controlled group,there were statistically significant differences between them.Conclusion By developing the high quality care,in the line with the patient-centered,standardizing the behavior of emergency care,improving the satisfaction of patients,reducing the occurrence of nursing disputes and complaints,making to close to the society,close to the community,close to the patients,so as to achieve six satisfaction.
