微生物转化法合成茴香醛的初步研究

Abstract
目的:研究生物转化法生产天然茴香醛;方法:以茴香脑为前体,通过筛选得到一株转化茴香醛能力较高的菌株Saccharomyces cerevisiae S11,并对转化条件进行了初步研究;结果:在较为适宜的培养基中培养,菌种生长进入稳定期后添加转化底物茴香脑,转化12h后结束反应,茴香醛的产率可达到0.19%;结论:实验结果可为茴香醛发酵工艺改进提供依据。
