Abstract
目的:分析睡眠剥夺条件下大鼠中枢神经系统c-fos和nestin在不同部位的表达特点,为进一步研究睡眠剥夺所造成生理影响的分子机制提供线索.方法:采用小平台水环境法建立大鼠睡眠剥夺24,48,72h模型,设立大平台对照组和正常饲养对照组,RT-PCR方法分别检测各组大鼠海马、皮质和小脑中c-fos和nestin的表达水平.结果:与对照组相比,睡眠剥夺组c-fos表达升高,nestin表达降低.结论:睡眠剥夺影响大鼠中枢神经系统c-fos和nestin基因的表达.
